Governing law, Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

All the Terms of Service delineated at Leyla Adventures Tourism Private Limited will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of court in India. Any dispute arising out of Leyla Adventures Tourism Private Limited Terms of Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil courts in India.

There are some states like Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland and Telangana where laws are still not clear about playing rummy with cash. Therefore, Leyla Adventures Tourism Private Limited does not allow players from these states to play cash rummy. However, they can still play practice rummy games for free.

Online Rummy Withdrawal Rules

However, players residing in these states can still play free practice games on the platform.
